No Bones

Julie Jones
says she has no bones.
But I said “Not true-
think of all you can do.
You can walk, run, skip, jump, tumble, swim, leap.
You can slip, slide, rock, roll, gallop, crawl and creep.
You can dance, spin, climb, fall, shake, rattle, play.
You can bob, bounce, march, stroll, stride, strut, and sway.
But if your bones didn’t do their job-
you’d just be a blob.
