Ode to the Dinosaurs
The Stegosaurus is a charmer,
in his clunky, boney armor.
A Brontosaurus chomps with ease
the very, very tallest trees;
But everyone respects
the fierce Tyrannosaurus Rex!
The bird-like Archaeopteryx
is very fond of playing tricks;
It's too bad the Baryonyx
never had to study phonicsÐ
But you haven't learned a single fact 'till
you've learned about a Pteradactyl.
My poem is done, I won't write anymore.
(unless I'm asked by a Dinosaur.)
