The Jelly fish

The Jelly fish- it has no skeleton.
it’s just a glob of living gelatin.
Another thing about that glob gelatinous:
It’s as flat as we’d be if an elephant sat on us.
And though it sometimes shines and shimmers,
no one likes it - especially swimmers.
It’s not the Jello-y part we mind
but those nasty tentacles that trail behind.
So Jellyfish, Jellyfish, here’s my prayer:
When I go swimming, I hope you’re not there.

How frogs eat

Mosquitos and flies are a frogs favorite dinner
But if I had his diet, I’m sure I’d be thinner.
